Can a family member of a convicted felon pass a security clearance/background check?
Can a family member who has a father, or father-in-law who is a convicted felon, pass a security clearance/Background Check In order to work as a doctor or lawyer?
My wife is a nurse of twenty years and has a brother who has spent more than 2/3 of his life in jail on various drug and violence offenses. She has security clearance for several government and military agencies.
Don’t lie about it on the application and it all usually works out quite well.
