how do i go about buying a handgun?

i have filled out that form 4473 before and have bought pistols, rifles, and shotguns before. in june of last year i was arrested for F4 ccw (my weapon was open carried which is legal in ohio without a permit). due to the fact i am lower middle class i had to get a public defender and got it down to M1 ccw which i pled to to save my family the intense stress this was putting on us. i got no sentance. other than this i have no criminal record. i recently had to move to cincinnati from columbus so my driver’s license shows a different address than where i live now. can i still buy a handgun in the state of ohio and what do i need to do to buy one from a gun store? oh and i am over 21.
