You need to have their name, and if they have a common name, you can use other factors to narrow it down. This system shows both criminal matters and civil matters (lawsuits) including if the person is a witness, victim, or defendant. So be sure to filter it appropriately based on what you are looking for.

If you find a criminal case, the record will name the charge, and the outcome (if they have been tried) but it will not have details. If you want to get details, take the case number to the courthouse named in the record, and you can get the full report (court records are public and freely accessible)
