What is involved with a background check when applying for a new job?
What do companies look for (aside if to see if you’re a criminal)? What service/companies do they use for checking? How can I run a Background Check On Myself to see what companies see about me? Thank you.
They’re looking for prior termination, disciplinary action that may have been previously taken against you at a previous job, criminal history (if any), and of course, the urinalysis.
